Join us this summer at Family Fest’s Urban Mission Project. We will be serving the poor in Minneapolis doing various projects – painting, home repair, clean-up, etc. Make a difference in the lives of those in your family and of the families you serve this summer. |

Tentative Project Schedule: Friday Saturday Sunday's Schedule included if there is still work to complete |
Training will begin on Thursday evening. We will return to Minneapolis on Friday to begin the work. Because of logistics, we have decided not to stay overnight at St. Leonard's church as originally planned, but will work from there during the day. We will plan on going through Saturday, but if we still have work that we want to complete, we will continue through Sunday. The estimated cost for this project is between $65-145 per person (max $400 per family). This includes meals, materials and other costs associated with the project. The wide range is due to the fact that we don't what the projects may entail. At the end of the project we will add up the costs and let everyone the amount for the suggested donation. Because of the type of work that we envision, we are opening this project up to families with kids ages ten and older. Families with younger children should call first to make sure that the work we are doing is not too difficult.
