2011 KC Registration Form

Welcome to the Summer Splash KC Registration Form. Thank you for considering this wonderful ministry experience. Please fill out the application carefully. When completed, download the KC medical form and send it to Barb Harmon with your $90 check. You will be notified by email regarding acceptance. The number of KC's that we will be able to take is dependant upon the number of families who register for camp. If your family is going, you will have a much better chance of being selected as a KC. We will try to notify you as soon as possible.
